Speechless (self composed)

I see you in the distance,
A distance i'm trying to cross.
I hear your voice, your laughter;
And my heart begs for more.

I want you to know, how you make me feel;
I swore i'd tell you today..........


But when i see your face,
My resolve falls out of place,

As the sun shines off your hair,
I just keep staring standing there.

And there's so much i want to say,
But you leave me speechless.


As i see you standing there,
Time slows down to a halt,
And my only hope is that,
This lasts forever and more.
